i just moved in last week and so far everything is broken. the windows are cracked and anyone can break in very easily. the management was nice until i moved in and now i am left in the dark. the utilities are paid by the apartment, which is good but given the problems i have had with these guys, i would NOT recommend these guys to ANYONE. do your self a favor and find a place next door at Phoenix Apartment complex. they are much nicer and have a swimming pool as well. god bless. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

There is a swimming pool. It's a gated community. If they windows were cracked when you viewed the apartment, why did you rent? Every window I have is well secured.

Every review I have read so far has been negative about every apartment in the Phonix/Chander/Scottsdale area? I do not know how all these types of tenants are getting approved to rent with such high rent and credit and background checks? I now feel I have no place safe to live when if I move to Phoenix area now.

Do you work for this other complex? That place looks scary!!!!!
Did you not ask them to fix the broken things?
How did you miss the large pool we have right in the middle of the complex?
Things that make you go HMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
