Forest Park Apartments

Mostly Happy From: AmyLynne Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   While the parking requires some manuevering skill and I would like to be able to decide when the a.c. gets turned on, I am mostly happy with Forest Park. The grounds are beautiful, including the pool and spa area. Both the office and maintenence staff are courteous and respond very quickly to any problems. These are older apartments (built around mid-century)so some things break, but staff fixes them quickly and will even install your own fixtures if you want them to. Pets are common here- especially cats- and I've never had a problem with my feline. They may turn the air on a little late, but I'm compensated by being able to keep my apartment 65 degrees all summer without paying for it. Laundry is great.Completed gated community that's patrolled by 2 security officers all night. It's rarely noisy and I don't plan on moving any time soon!
