Forest Park Apartments

Amazing, unique peaceful location. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I just moved here from a horrible place up north and it is great! The atomesphere is really unique (rustic/western) and is a quiet sanctuary in the city. Hardly ever see anyone else; though those I do see seem very freindly & diverse compared to the redneck types up north. Older but maintained very well and pool & hot tub is great. Staff is also very helpful. Even better than their sister location across town. **After living here 6 mos the only bad thing I have to say is about the laundry room. Because it is free (you might think that is good - think again) it is often full. Often with 1 or 2 people using all 6 machines for a few pieces of clothes each. Very wasteful, esp. considering we're in the desert! But b/c it's free people just take advantage of it. I just try to do wash late at night Tue/or Wed...forget weekends.
