This place is awesome, I move din at the first of the year and have been very happy.
This is the complex for people who like good vibes, nature and to be mellow socializers. There is a good vibe here, if you are into eastern religions and/or balance of things, energies, this place is perfect. Just the right amount of socializing, yet very mellow, quiet. I have a 1 bedroom, plenty of closet space, live by myself, works out GREAT.
This places has a retro, humble feeling to it, without feeling stale or arrogant and they are peticular to who they allow to live here. I like this, A LOT. HIGHLY recommened, if this compliments your personality style.

you must be on the quiet side of the complex( Where is it by the way?) Try living on the noisy side. Peaceful Zen is crtainly not what comes to mind here. The people moving in are not high quality, so not sure why above reviewer say they are picky about who moves in.Neighbors by me are very disrespectful and rude. There are many pluses to living here but Zen and quiteness is not one of them. Location trees and free laundry and staff are the positives. The rest is negative to include tiny apts that are always broken down because they are old. Price is very high for rental rates in the area. Beautiful condos across the street triple space are going for lower price thn a 1 bdroom. additional cons- latchkey kids running around destroying prperty, pool open way to late at night, moisy neighbors, crime helicopters and car alarms wake you up very night. Good luck! Pretty much the same at all apts complexes I guess. I am surprised at the continued higher prices for non fancy, older complex though. The new ones in the area have all the bells and whistles and weight rooms for cheaper or equal price.
