I really like these apartments, the are extremely private, I never hear any of my neighbors, the construction it very solid concrete block. With the way the grounds are layed it, there are many passage ways and arches winding through the jungle like gardens. The apts are very spacious and if you have a lower level unit you get a patio thats more like a yard in size. The staff is great too, maintainance usally comes the same day. Very unique property/grounds, totally cool.

The only compliant I have is some of the tenants are not of the highest standards. There is often people standing by the gate waiting to be let in cause they don't have a key, I guess they are vistors but some of them look pretty rough. If it wasn't so easy to get into these apartments (initial costs are very low), then maybe the standard of residents would be better. Also, cars are frequently broken into when parking on the street, but if you park in the gated lot, you vehicle is safe.

It might be a good idea if the manager had people sign a paper when they move in that states "No drugs will be tolerated". I have heard that helps scare off a few tenants. Another idea may be to get the tenant to agree to a policy where they don't leave their cigarettes all over the property, and if someone is found tossing one, they may face a fine or even a notice to leave.
