Fountains in the Green

NEEDS WORK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   If they just put a little more work into these apartments they would be great. They could use a facelift. They look old and outdated inside and out. Biggest problem is paper thin windows. I hear cars, dogs barking, people coughing, and don't know how but I can even smell my neighbor smoking cigarettes downstairs. There are 3 or 4 cats always wandering around. So many wasted parking spaces by cars that NEVER move and no guest parking. The gate is also sad because you always have to jiggle your key to open it. Place has lots of potential but it is obvious the owner does not care.
