Good and not so good

I have lived here since October of 2005. There are good things and not so good things about these apartments.
Good: Pretty quiet, beautiful grounds, cheap rent w/utilities included, office staff seems nice and maintenance guys are very nice.
Not so Good: stray cats that fight in the middle of the night (however I love cats and like the fact that I don't have to own one to pet one every day is great), studio apartments are very small, lots of spiders and mosquitos.
In my apartment, my oven doesn't work, my dishwasher leaks, my washer makes so much noise that I have to yell over it and the washed and dryer are soooooo very small that I feel like I'm always doing laundry. However, I have never contacted the office about my dishwasher or oven, because I rarely use them. I'm sure that they would fix them right away if I did. I love that the utilities are included, even cable. The pool is pretty busy in the summer, but its a really great pool. There is no guest parking inside, but anyone can park on the street.
I need a much bigger apartment and I hate the neighborhood, so I'm leaving. I think the apartments are nice if you don't mind living in this neighborhood and you want cheap rent/utilities and a quiet place to live. I think this would be a perfect apartment for a single guy.
