Fountains in the Green

Great Place to Live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The complex IS a little old - but that is what makes it quaint. I live in the section that surrounds the pool area. During the day you could be the only one in the pool - but after 3 when the kids from the other areas (and there are 3) come over it can get a little loud but not overbearing. For a complex this large there are never more than 10 people in the pool!!! I've been here almost a year and the Management is great! They put up with no foolishness and my part of the complex is extremently quiet. Everyone seems to respect other tenants. Regarding the neighborhood. It adjoins the Phoenix Country Club on one side and the neighborhood next to us is an historic neighborhood. Thomas and 16th is not my favorite but I wouldn't call it dangerous! The bus is available at the corner and it is easy to get to downtown Phoenix which is not that far away. You couldn't find a better studio apartment in Phoenix at this price. I haven't seen any shady characters waiting outside the gates! CONNIE HAS TO GET RID OF THE CATS. This is a sore spot with many tenants. If you have a cat it is to be a house cat and not allowed outside. Connie is an excellent Manager but HAS TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM because too many tenants are getting PISSED OFF! Sorry about that - but that is true!!
