while living in this complex i had: my vehicle broken into twice, my apartment broken into and burglarized, a man stabbed on my front lawn, a gang fight in the parking lot, the dumpsters set afire, my windows smashed by rocks, my laundry stolen from the wash mahines, water come through my ceiling, threatened with death by other tennants. the maintnance staff is slow to fix issues, and rude. it took almost a month to get a smashed window replaced, and they threatened to charge me if i called them again! this complex is very unsafe, a complete danger to all tennants. the staff is rude and un-cooperative. several times i had to draw my own gun in self defense against other tenants. gangsters and drug dealers thrive in this complex.
