Yes this place is horrible!!! Ive been hear since oct. I fell on hard times this mnths and couldnt pay rent. it took then till the 23 to contact me, that was only because I had to call the health department because building 23 had a swere leak, every time they flushed the toilet, there ---- came up out of the ground. It probably a good thing only one person lives thier out of 8 apts! I called the office for 4 3 wks. The even came to my aprt like the lynch mob demanding rent I was pissed, I was still in my night clothes, half a sleep, and half dressed. I told them I would be down in an hour to talk to them about it. That wasnt good enough. When I made it down there they wouldnt tell me how much I owed becuase it up to the lawyers! Needless to say I've made 3 complaint to the health department and there out for revenge know,,, I mean come on they don't have money to fix the pools or even 5 dollars 4 a lightbulb. but they have money to take me to court'''''' If I would have known that all it would have taken was for me to give them a 5 day notice to comply I could have broken my lease with 15 days. Anyway i do plan on counter sueing for the depereesion of the complex over the course of my lease over a 12 mnth peroid at said movin in market rate whitch will be about 10K.....it worth a shot anyway huh whats the smellll...class action lawsuit!!!!
