We lived there for 2 years and didn't mind the place at all. No noisy neighbors, the pool is pretty nice (a little small) and the location is awesome. Within walking distance of Target, PV Mall, places to eat out. The place isn't new or anything, but it was okay.
When we moved in, the management was very nice. Several people have come and gone. Maintanence was okay...in fixing my dishwasher, the guy left all the pipes under the sink undone without mentioning it to us, so we ended up with water everywhere.
If you live on a lower floor, be prepared for elephants upstairs...insulation between floors was poor.
My only problem came at move out. Again, we lived there for 2 years, the carpet already had stains that they were aware of when we moved in. Upon move out, we received a bill for $300 for "cleaning" much of which involved the carpeting. I will not pay cleaning fees on carpet that needs to be removed. We were charged a "pet clean up" fee for the carpet...we didn't have pets. I feel like in the end, though they gave us options to decrease our rent if we stayed, they found every opportunity to get money from us once we were gone.
