Roof has leaked for over a year

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
...and is still leaking as I write. The attitude of the office staff & management over this issue has been abysmal, especially when combined with their lack of communication. I still have no idea if/when the roof will be fixed, and am actively looking for another apartment. Maintenance staff have been fine with small issues and to be fair to them, I don't think they've had much input in this situation.
This is a nice area, and we've always felt safe, but if you're going to move to Greenspoint, bring your own bucket.
