Pricey for apt. features and building...

The staff is VERY helpful and courteous...the few minor maintenance problems have been addressed within 24 hours.

We did however have ants on a second floor apartment...

The apartment/building is very old, and the place needs to be remodeled.

There are not any upgrades to the apts.

and for an extra $100/mo.

you can live in a complex that is under 10 years old, with a larger pool, better gym and prettier grounds.
