Lets see, 19 months at this apartment complex and had several issues with the apartment. Biggest one was the water issue, every month it seems that they need to shut off the water, for several months they gave no notice, and when they shut off the cold water, its always nice to see my 7 year old daughter get scorched in the shower by 120 degree water. You have no notice, when they do this, and just recently they turned off the water for 10 days from 9am - to 7pm. I inquired how I would use the restroom and they told me to fill up the bathtub and flush the toliet that way. Management has changed 5 times, and get flakier everytime. Parking' Well if you get home before 3pm you might get an open spot, if not you can park outside on the street, OH WAIT they put up no parking signs to tow people. Its not a bad area, never really had any problems with tenants, noise wasn't bad at all. Security helped out alot, over all I would not recommend to anyone for what they are charging, having to pay your own utilities now is a drag as well.

I can find a better place with a better location to live, not the safest area seeing's that the neighborhood is section 8.

I agree that Mary is great, however, she isn't getting the job done with the water issues & the leasing agent's attitudes in the office. You know what really is AMAZING me? that as I read all of these postings tonight that by mere coincidence they're all from 03/24/2007 and they're all defending Greenspoint or the staff! You can not be a tenant, you must be part of the staff somehow...by the way, you're not supposed to be on this site, this is for tenants only! It says reviews by real people, not biased people!
