Not a place I would recommend

It is now 11:03 PM on a Sunday night, and some people have put noisy machines outside my bedroom in order to paint the apartment upstairs!! I have to get up early to go to work. This never would have taken place at my last apartment.
Also, the day I moved in, the AC went haywire and leaked in three places so it was raining in the hall and I had to have bowls and buckets there. I was told some ---- and bull story about how this happens and gee whiz, it's nothing to worry about.
My appliances are too old, and the elements on the stove do not match it, and so they only turn on when they feel like it. They are all loose. The refrigerator is also old and too small. I could deal with that just fine if it wasn't for the rest of this stuff.
And then there was the day when I came home from work and there was no water. What was worse was the toilet would not flush as it was empty. I called the office and was told that some plumbers were in the building and gee, nobody knows when the water will be turned back on. After 6:30 PM, it still was not on. The office closes at six. So I called the maintenance person and then as if by magic, the water came right on. He came to my door and told me that everybody had been told it would be back on at seven. Well, nobody told me a @#$%& thing.
This is all unacceptable and abuse of tenants. This seems to be the kind of place that looks great from the outside, but once you sign the lease, they can basically do these outrageous things.
I like and respect the people I know too much to recommend this place to any of them.

AGAIN, you from 03/24/2007 must be working for the leasing office or living in La La land. Do you actually live in the same complex as I do & all of the other tenants who are complaining about the ongoing water issues & lighting issues? Not sure if you know this or not, but not having water is a health issue, not being able to shower before you go to work is a health issue, Greenspoint should be happy that no one has contacted the health dept about that one! Great! we get new appliances, too bad we don't get our water when we need it! Bottom line, Greenspoint & AIMCO are not living up to their part of the lease if they can't provide the simplest things like water & lighting!! We as tenants are being treated like dirt and we are paying high rent for nothing in return!
