If you're reading this review amd considerering leasing here, DONT! RUN AS FAST AS U CAN SOMEWHERE ELSE! the whole complex is being "converetd" to high-end luxury units over the next yr or so-all current tenants get the wonderful opp at lease renewal time to: 1. move to another unit while thier apt is ripped out and converted w/new fixtures, floors, paint, etc. 2. move back into thier newly remodeled unit. 3. renew at $150-300 more rent/mth than current. RUN! SOMEWHERE ELSE! somewhere where the plumbing doesn't flood your apt, the hot water doesn't get shut off w/o notice three times a mth, you don't have to dodge sh-- all over the grass, adnd the mgmt gives the tenants freakin notice when they evict you to get more rent $$$

First Off you do not move out temporarily when apartments are being redone, you stay in the new one, Second, this place is extremely old. I'm personally glad that they are making it look better. It was pretty dull before hand.

uh, hold on a quick second there, we pretty much know that both of you are probably working for the freaking office staff. Anyone that has half a brain knows that the water issue is a real big pain in the rump & the lighting issue is a DANGEROUS issue. So don't sit there & tell everyone that everything is hunky dory with these awful apts! And, the only reason that Greenspoint can't rent the apts is word of mouth, all of the tenants that I have spoken to are telling their friends & family to avoid Greenspoint Apts like the plague! STAY AWAY FROM GREENSPOINT APTS, oh, by the way the office staff loves to hang up on you when you call to complain about the water or the lighting issue!
