Ok, but needs work

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The handling of the painting issue was not done well, I called about water leaking into my apartment from power washing and stains and puddles in my apartment resulting from this and not only was I spoken to rudely when I finally did get a response but nothing was done about this situation, I was told I needed to "suck it up"and deal with it. I was pretty upset about this but otherwise service here has been ok.
