If you don't mind getting you water shut off every week.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have lived here for about a year now and there has been a minimum of two water shut off days a month, recently averaging one a week. The water pressure is never consistent. Not to mention the fact that one day I got in the shower and what has been the lukewarm setting I have used for the past year came out scalding hot. No notice from management that the hot and cold settings had been switched. Not a pleasant surprise. The recent paint job of the complex is questionable. If you like multiple shades of brown, yellow and green with no two buildings looking the same then you will love it here. There are some good things that need to be mentioned as well. The office staff has been pleasant and friendly whenever I see them. There is a full maintenance staff here and they are quick to solve all problems not water related. The complex is quiet, mostly younger couples with pets rather than children.
