It's okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I did not rent at Greenspoint but I do like the remodeling they have done. Although the staff always seems to be in a hurry when talking to you, they remain pleasant. One thing I didn't care for was on my tour, the manager, I think her name was Mary, picked up a newsletter off the ground and handed it to me to illustrate what they looked like. I thought that was disgusting. Other than that, it seemed like a nice place and will be even better when the remodeling is finished.
