Ever since I moved here in 2005, I have had nothing but problems with the water issues & now more recently the lighting issues. I DO NOT recommend Greenspoint Apts as a place to live, if you move in here & sign a lease, just expect to have major water issues, that is, expect to either have a notice on your door with about 24-48 hrs notice that the water will be shut off due to yet ANOTHER water emergency! (OR, no notice at all!) They have had water issues at this place for the last 10 years, no renovation is going to get rid of the water issues. And, don't even get me started on how the office staff, or should I say the leasing agents treat me & other tenants when you call to complain about the water or the lighting issue. They take it personally and will hang up on you if you even hint about complaining about anything! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign a lease to live here, they promised a 110% gurantee when I moved in here, & I've only gotten about 10% of that 110%. This IS NOT an exaggeration...

If this person is so unhappy, why doesn't she move? She's been here since 2005???? Must not be that bad. I love Greenspoint! It's a much better place to live than any other complex around. YES, they turn off the water, but it's only during the day. When I get home from work, yes some people have jobs, I always have water, and another great thing about the water is you never run out of HOT! I also COMPLETELY disagree with the the comment about the staff, everyone there is so nice and pleasant to me and anyone else who has come in to the office while I'm there.
