You would expect this place to be more on the up-scale but it is not. I have been here almost 2 years it has really sucked. The main reason is the manager. She runs this place like a trailer park. I could list many, many examples. If you are a profesional, responsible, higher income person like me, run for the hills. The only reason I signed the second time is because I work close and had some hope that the remodeling and rent increases would help make this place livable. It didn't, the remodel has been an absolute nightmare also but what would you expect from the trailer park manager.

Response to Responses: First of all the front office can be very rude and unhelpful just like other post say in here. Maybe Mary is cordial to peoples face but she does not supervise ANYTHING. Do not be decieved by the remodel. The problem is the place is not kept up properly. This was a problem before the remodel started and it is unbelievably bad during the remodel and will continue after the remodel I am sure.The bottom line is Mary does not do her job properly. Yes, the water has been a constant problem for the 2 years I have been here also. Like I said before if you are a responsible, professional, higher income person that wants to live in a resort style complex DO NOT MOVE HERE! Get over what? Living in a dump? Maybe trailer park living is for you but I can't wait to get the heck out of here. If mary is so good, why are so many people bashing her in here? "She is the best one yet" better than what? The other total loser managers that have been here? "this place is looking better every day" It CAN'T look worse you moron.

This is a bunch of crap!!! This place is looking better and better everyday! The manager is great! I have been here 7 1/2 years and she is the best one we have had yet! Once the place is done remodeling it will be better that it already is! Plus they will be done remodeling like next month or something! Get over it!!!!!

LOL - nice to see things haven't changed since I moved out 3 years ago. I'm the one whose roof leaked for 18 months. Living in a great place now, "Windsprings" on Bell & SR51. Rent is less and management are awesome.

FYI- When you move in to ANY APARTMENT COMMUNITY THAT IS OLDER THAN 10 YEARS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH PLUMBING, DON'T LIKE IT? THEN MOVE SOMEWHERE BRAND SPANKING NEW AND PAY THE JACKED UP RENT PRICES FOR AN EQUAL APARTMENT-------MORON
