I agree that the place SEEMS like it is going to be nice, but since the staff is completely incompetent, and don't even listen to you when you talk, it is a terrble place to be. I can't stand even talking to anyone who works here. They don't even have the common sense to leave the exit gate open, when they have the entrance gate blocked off so that people can get in. They don't want to be bothered by the residents, they just want to fill their pathetic units, since they can't get anyone to move in the remodels. If they would hire somebody who was actually smart enough to show an apartment, they would probably get some tenants, and then maybe they would be helpful to the residents as well. . .

Nice to see nothing much has changed in the 3 years since we moved out of Greenspoint. Wonder if our old apartment still leaks...

I personally am happy with the upgrades, I get more for my money. what the not so brilliant original poster failed to mention is that one half of the front gate was blocked off because they were resurfacing the parking lot so that he/she wouldn't have to hit a crack or a pothole when they drove through the community. I personally entered through the back gate so I don't know if this person even looked

I'm assuming since your name is "Anonymous" that you're probably part of the pathetic staff! I lived at Greenspoint for 2 LONG years, sure if you like the water turned off almost every day or have the hall lights out when you come home at night and you trip up the stairs..then I guess you would like living there!

Tell you wahat mesa2008, which is so different from anonymous, tell you what my username is phoenix2008, is that better? If you dislike it so much move somewhere where you don't get new appliances, sit your butt on a toilet that has been used by god knows how many people, and god knows what people do on their kitchen counters and pay cheap rent. The water is shut off generally on a week day when most normal people are at work and is only off in your building for like 15 minutes so that everyone stops complaining that there is too little water pressure or their water isn't hot enough. I have never experienced my hall lights out but I sure can see well enough in the dark not to trip sober or drunk. I don't work in the office but if offered a job I would have no issue whatsoever.

I visited this property and went running the other way! I didn't see anything special and the office staff gave me a HUGE headache! I know someone who lives there now and the upgrades you are raving about are nothing special honey. this place needs a serious makeover!
