I recently visited Greenspoint and love it. I can't wait to move in. The staff was extremely helpful...gave me a tour of the grounds and a 2bd 2ba, which is what I am looking for. I loved the layout of the apartment and all the new upgrades. I like that the patios have carpet and an outdoor ceiling fan. I love that there is a tech center with internet. The pool and bbq area look fabulous...nice club and fitness room. The grounds were nice, clean and well kept. I was told that we can pick out an accent color for one wall of our choice and they would paint it. The location is great! - walking distance to target, pv mall, parks, and soon a costco (being built). Also, quick access to the 51. So...for the price, location, and ammenities...overall it rates the best that I've seen.

I'm glad that you liked Greenspoint, I did too until the water was turned off about 2-3 times a week..just wait, it WILL happen again. The mailman Bill has been delivering mail there for about 11 years...he said they've had trouble with the water there for years! Also, when I lived there from 06/2005 until 07/2007, I lived on the 3rd floor, and I worked until 9:00 pm. What did I have to face when I got home, the lights were out AGAIN in the carport & the whole building was black. No lights whatsoever! And, yes, the staff is nice to begin with, but if you call with a valid complaint, and the leasing agent doesn't like what you say, she'll hang up on you. So, I wish you good luck, maybe just maybe after the renovation, it's better than it used to be. But, the water issue is probably still going on.

We've lived her for a month now and so far, no water issues. This place is so well lit or at least my building is...located right next to the pool. No complaints and happy with the decision to live here. Nice neighbors too.
