I thought the place looked great when I did a tour, but now after being here for 6 months everything is falling apart. Everything is cheap! The second day I moved in the shower rod came out of the wall. The cabinet doors come loose all the time and have to be re-screwed. We keep finding bugs everywhere and have asked them to spray repeatedly. All the fixtures in the bathrooms are cheap they just pull out of the wall. Nothing is sealed properly and maintanance takes forever to get to any complaints. The lighting outside in the parking lot is not good. The light switches never work properly. The pool is closed all the time and it's been really green on several occasions. Also the walk ways are always flooded! What kind of bugs? What's with the pool? Is it loud due to people having parties? We signed a lease and are moving in soon.

To tell you the truth I don't know what they are. They are small and black, but not ants...like beatle looking. They finally are sending someone to spray after we called amico. We think they came from the door not being sealed properly. The pool is closed alot and it's been green a few times. The noise is mostly from traffic on cactus.
