I am honestly considering standing by the entrance of this piece of sh** and telling every sucker like me to turn around and run from this place.

I have had the worst experience at Greenspoint.

The staff was rude and full of it.

They tell you what they want you to hear just to get you out of your face (cause thats what you have to do if you want something done around there).

Once you sign a lease here its like signing over your soul to the -----.

Fees EVERYWHERE.

Once you sign the lease the chicks running the office turn into huge bit**es.

My car was broken into while I was there.

The front office said they had another car broken into and a guy also had his bike stolen.

They said there was nothing they could do but send out a letter (a lot of help that will do).

There was constantly theft and the security guards who are there on selected times dont do crap.

All of our friendly neighbors moved away because they as well, think the apartments and their staff are crap.

The neighbors who are stuck there are jealous of the ones who get the hell out.

Once moved away, I was charged a HUGE cleaning fee.

I CLEANED THAT PLACE FOR 2 NIGHTS! Scrubbing every inch and baseboard just because I knew this sleezy place would try that crap.

And sure enough they charged us.

They are a joke.

They gave us our "newly remodeled" apartment in crap condition with stains everywhere and trash on the floor.

They were too cheap to buy a air filter the correct size so instead they put 3 small ones in.

Believe you and me-- my experience was so bad that I will fight this thing till the end.

I will be on the attack to make sure Greenspoint gets the reputation they deserve...

which is that of a fat grungy who** who treats people like crap.

My roommates are also just as furious.

Anything you can imagine that could go wrong-- did.

Looking on the bright side..

they did have a nice gym : ) But it so was not worth the headaches my roommates and I face.
I never take time to write reviews on anything.

But if I could at least just get one person to walk away from getting an apartment here..

then it was worth writing this.

I am pleading with you guys to not waste your time or money here.

There is a reason this place is like 75% vacant.
