We were in a hurry to find a place when we moved in last april, we should have done more homework.

One of the worst things about this apartment complex is that the water would run extremely hot and a minute or two later extremely cold in the shower.

This is not so fun at 6am, although it does wake you up.

The maint.

people, who were quick to respond said there was nothing wrong.

Clearly.

Another of the long list of reasons not to move to this place is the two face you get from the office staff.

They are your best friend before you sign, but as soon as your ink is dry it is another matter.

The roof leaked from the AC unit and made the whole hallway soaking wet.

We called and it took the maintenance crew 2 days to get there, the whole time it was leaking.

When they "finished" they left a mess on our floor from all the drywall they must have shaken loose "fixing" the problem.

It took two more return trips, both times we went to the office staff in person and both times not only were we treated as a pain to deal with but were promised they would not only clean the mess they made but also clean the carpet that the leak had stained.

Neither happened.

At least 9 cars were broken into in the year we were there.

3 cars had their tires slashed.

You can hear your neighbors conversations.

If your neighbors are out on their patio, even across the parking lot you will hear every word like they are sitting in your living room.

I know that most of these are common in any apartment complex but this was worse than I have ever lived in (three and counting).

Don't waste your money and don't buy into the fact that they were recently remodeled it was done cheaply if you look even at the surface.

Oh and one more thing our AC bill was over $250 a month because of the awful efficiency of the windows, doors, and insulation.
