The Area.

Not a great part of that 'town'.

The other side of the street by the main entrance is for drug dealers and trash.

It's also right next to a section 8 complex that had a murder a few years ago.

Safety.

Our car was broken into.

We have heard from neighbors there are TONS of car break ins.

One of my neighbors was mugged outside of his apartment, another neighbor had his computer stolen right off his dining room table.

They enter from the un-safe window by the front door.

And I say unsafe as it can be popped open even when the locks are engaged.

Management.

Leasing agents are nice until you move in, then they don't give a rats --- about any issue you may have.

The new manager as of December 2008 is a complete b*tch and only cares about eating her fast food and hearing herself talk; loudly at that.

By the way, if she is reading this, go back to school and learn how to speak like a proper adult.

The maintanance guys will hit on you, and there is one that has pretty dated or slept with every girl that is willing to in this complex.

Go to the pool, you will find out.

And watch out for the curly brown haired girl in the office.

She will come on your husband/boyfriend guaranteed.

Amenities.

Great fitness center when the equipment works.

I almost killed myself on the tread mill when it suddenly stopped abuptly on me.

Many of the machines squeak too.

The pool turns green ALL THE TIME and the jacuzzi is dirty.

It's really dark too if you want to grill.

There used to be lights, but someone ripped them out.

There is a computer room, but most to all sites are blocked and they never unblock them even when you ask.

And good luck printing anything.

They close the clubhouse too early and the wi-fi really doesn't work in there.

And I watched them cleaning out the coffee machine once and they were talking about how it had mold in it! I never got coffee again!

The apartment.

Ahhh, they say they were remodeled.

Really' The cupboard screws came off of almost all the doors, the washer was sooo loud when it spun out.

The dryer control broke and oven drawer came off the track every time.

The windows were not single pane but 'half pane' because all the heat came in and you could hear everything.

And we heard our neighbors above walking around, yes just simple walking.

No sound barriers what-so-ever.

The best part was that I think they painted the tub to cover up the filth because it peeled.

The paint literaly peeled off!

I could go on....

Granted I DON'T recommend.

In the past year the locks on my car have not worked properly and several nights I would have my car unlocked with my wallet on the seat and never ONCE had anything stolen... Most people angry like this could not pay their rent etc and obviously have personal issues.

Your response is hysterical! Personal issues? Not! Read the reviews, they say it for themselves, this apartment complex sucks. Probably the people in the office responded to this, as they have nothing better to do.
