I have lived here for a little over 3 months and when I first arrived, things seem to be very well taken care of. In the past month or so, things have gone down hill and fast! The grounds are muddy and nobody is ever in the office. When you call Right Place Properties, nobody returns your call. I thought I was moving my family to a nice place but I guess once they have you sign the lease they don't give a rats behind about anything else. Plus all they care about is getting people to sign a lease, and not about the actual people that move in. The people that have now moved in are trash and let their children run wild and don't watch them.

This is true ...the property management people only care about the rent checks and could care less about the quality of life for their tenants.
