I resided at Greenview Apartments for nearly 3 years. Right Place Properties assumed management of the place and suddently everything began to fall apart. The washers and dryers are broken more often than they are fixed, the soda machine was removed, the pool is poorly maintained and the managent is non-exsistent. There were signs, cameras and occasional patrol by the previous management but since the transition my mailbox has been broken into several times and the cameras/signs/visible security has been REMOVED by Right Place Properties.
Even after terminating my lease (in writing), paying a personal visit to their Corporate Office, turning in my keys and writing my final check I still received an eviction notice on my door. Lucky I caught it in time otherwise it might have damaged my credit report.
