RPP IS A CONDO COMPANY if you live anywhere in Phoenix you get the flyers all the time. So if you were stupid enough to believe that a condo company developer ever cared about one of your complaints as a renter your sadly mistaken. They wanted you all to leave hence the bad managment and well they won. You all fell for it and left and they turned them in to condos and made a buck. But i just read all of the reviews and have been living here for going on a year and not one of the previously stated complaints are ever a issue at all now. So maybe it was your fellow renters causing most of the problems you complained about. Because with everyone owning its a great place to live now and only one renter out of 51 filled units now. Its peaceful and beautiful. So if RPP treated you bad well simply put thats thier job they are not apartment managers they are condo sellers. Welcome to the free capitalist market of the great land of America

This sounds like a sales advertisement. Anyone looking to buy?

No Iam just a happy owner now is all after 30 years of paying rents. Been In Phoenix going on 2 years after 18 years of having developers buy our rentals in Chicago kick us out then go condo. So I have been through it alot. I just know the drill of how they get people to leave a building when they want to convert it and make cash.

Feb 2009, I am a Realtor and just showed a unit in this complex. They are now condos, not rental apartments. I didn't speak with any management, but the grounds were beautiful, the place was quiet and looks well maintained. The commenter above might have had a point: RPP practiced bad management to get all the renters out and convert to condos. BUT the real estate bubble killed any of their profits. These units are now VERY affordable and seem nice. Heather at NorthPhoenixAgent dot com
