THIA PLACE REALLY SUCKS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 2 responses   I LIVED THERE FOR 6 MONTHS BUT LOST MY JOB SO I HAD TO LEAVE AND THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME AND SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A THOUSAND DOLLARS TO MOVE OUT AND THEN PAY THE RENT UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE MOVES IN. OKAY THAT WAS NOT ON MY LEASE. SO I JUST LEFT AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME 3,500 DOLLARS TO MY CREDIT. tHAT IS ILLEGAL BECAUSE I KNOW PEOPLE IN THE APARTMENT BUSINESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THEY GIVE YOU FREE UTILITIES BUT SHUT OFF YOUR AIR CONDITIONING IN OCTOBER AND IT IS STILL HOT IN ARIZONA COME ON NOW. OH AND NOT TO MENTION MY CARS WINDOW MYSTERIOUSLY GOT BROKEN BUT YET THERE IS SUPPOSEDLY A SECURITY GAURD THERE AT ALL TIMES. THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS.
