Whn we first moved their in January of 2005, everything seemed good. After 6 months of being there, the A/C was being repaired almost every week and the water was also being cut off for repair too. I never got a break from my rent. I left my apartment and Connie sued me for $1100. I took her to court and I had proof of how their system was working. She lost. Yeah be carefull, They don't take care of you.
