Hibiscus Apartments

Nice Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The Hibiscus has large private patios, the citrus trees are abundant, and there is lots of quiet horizontally. The ceilings are noisy for the person on the first floor. Maintainance is good and management is good and friendly. Things are maintained promply. The apartments are large and the two bedroom aprartments have lots of storage space. There have been some recent rent increases that are certainly because of the neighborhood. Not the complex. This has been a very good living experience and because of life chances, I would like a larger apartment here. The reason the construction is marked so is because of the floor/ceiling insulation.
