Scorpions!

I hate scorpions and cockroach infestations...which I had both of.
It didnt help that I had mandarin sheets too on my bed, which a lot of the scorpions I found were around the bed area.
It is also in a dreadful neighborhood.
I came back from frys food one night and was dodging bullets.
On the other hand, the apartment was great! Utilites are lower than normal, the appliances rocked the house, and the neighbors never bothered you.
