I've been here for 10 months From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The apartments are great. I haven't had to deal with the management staff very often, but there are a couple of girls that aren't that friendly (there is a red-head with curly hair that has always been very nice though). I will be sad to move out of these apartments, but I have to move because I can't stand the neighborhood. I have almost hit so many people at night because everyone just walks across the middle of the road and you can't see them. There are constantly people on the side of the road selling all of their belongings and all the strip clubs and run down areas just drive me mad. However, I love these apartments. A couple of tips: don't live by the pool! It's nice because no one can walk by our balcony, but it is sooooo loud in the summer late at night! Also, I have had a couple of bug issues, but no roaches... mostly crickets. Sometimes I can hear people walking around upstairs, but for the most part these apartments are silent. Parking can be an issue, especially if you come home late at night. Every apartment has their problems, but the issues were minor. I would recommend to anyone who can deal with the nieghborhood.
