I love my apartment and the neighborhood is alright, but the parking sucks. For the 50 or so apartments in my section alone, there are only 12 open spaces for parking. If you have more than 1 car per apartment, you?re screwed. They covered up all the open parking by building garages, then they charge you $65 to rent one. If you like coming home & not worrying about parking, don?t live here. I love the apartment, the management & the service we?ve received though. With the exception of the parking, the hooker who walks up and down McDowell, and the female chain-gain that worked the empty lot a few months ago, the place is great.

The management sucks! They seem like they half care and are your friends when you are looking to lease but once your in they are horrible. I lived there back when Nino Cusello was the community manager and Christina Leatherberry were the management team and they were great. Gray Clow should never have lost them. Nobody has come close to the kind of service you could get from them. There are far better places for you to spend that kind of money.
