1st of all, the person who made the post on 08/02, must be in management or something. They mention some parking issues as the problems, believe me it is deeper than that. I guess they had to have something negative, or you would think it was management writing it. ;-)
They paint a pretty rosey picture, and I am not sure they actually live at the same place that I do. The beautiful well maintained pools they about...well, 1 of them was closed last week by the health department. It has been green for almost 2 weeks now, the health dept closed them a week ago, and they just started treating it yesterday.
Management is NON RESPONSIVE to problems. It is hard to even talk to them. You always talk to the leasing staff, and I don't think the managers even have a clue how bad things are.
If you come to look around, make them take you everywhere, not just where they want you to go.
