Not Worth It

I moved into Indigo Palms 3 years ago. I knew at the time, the area was a little dicey, but it was convenient and a nice complex....

However, in the time I have lived there the area seems to be improving, but the complex is going downhill.

The office staff has changed 4-5 times, so when you get to know someone, they leave. The grounds are kept clean, except for dog droppings. The parking is the worst! I have never seen such inadequate parking anywhere! And lastly, the neighbors! Every new tenant gets louder and louder. I have called the office, but nothing was ever done about it, unless I did it.

I stayed as long as I did, because the rent was good, and hadn't gone up in the time I lived there. However, with my last renewal, they bumped the rent $300 a month. SOOO not worth that.
