I have lived in this appartment for about 7 months.

I will not be renewing my lease.

I will be moving at the end of the term (as are most people I know there).

They are raising rents and not taking care of any of the problems.

The security gates are kept open for weeks at a time.

They say there is nothing they can do about it and then the locks to the gates are broken for months.

the pool is currenly a geen swamp closed down by the health department....yah, nice, and I pay extra for the lovely "pool" view....what a joke! The bugs are awful.

There were roaches when I moved in and many critters since.

You can find a much nicer place for the price....keep looking!!!!
