Where to start

I guess first the pros (or should I say pro):
The location of the complex is nice, meaning it is close to the airport, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chase field and some major highways, but a short trip westward and you would think you are in a pretty dangerous neighborhood.
Now the cons:
The walls are pretty much paper thin and you can hear everything going on (very noisy neighbors, i.e.
loud music, loud kids, people stomping upstairs).
The complex grounds were not maintained very well.
The grass was not very nice and is always covered with manure to get it to grow.
Not to mention that when we did get rain, they would still run the sprinklers turning an area by the apartment a swamp which I believed once led to mosquito breeding.
Also, the swimming pools were always dirty.
Parking is okay if you have one car, but if you are expecting visitors, wish them luck finding parking.
Also, on many occasions my parking space was taken by someone else including the maintenance workers.
Further, the term gated community does not mean much when the gates are always getting stuck and remain open for days and the locks on some of the gates are constantly broken.
And considering all that has been mentioned I was still willing to renew my lease until they told me they were going to raise my rent approximately $150.
Thatās when I decided it was time to move.
