When I first came to the Indigo Palms, I thought it look extremly nice.
I thought ya, this is a very bad neighborhood, but these gates are good protection! Not true! My sister's boyfriend had his '06 truck broken into where they tried to steal it and I have seen about two other cars broken into here.
We have only been here 6 months! We only have one covered parking space, 3 vehicles, and it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to find a spot! I come home from work around 11pm and I drive around the apartment complex for about 20 minutes before I find one about a mile away from my apartment! (Too scared to park it on the outside of the gates) One time I parked next to a handicap spot for a few hours (because there was absolutely no where else) and I came back and they towed my car and I had to pay $200 to get it out.
I am a night owl and I have heard gun shots before.
(Not in this complex) There have been a few times I come home late at night and see police cars.
I never see any pets or anything and the landscaping is very nice here.
They keep it up very well.
The pools are nice.
The apartment itself is actually pretty nice, modern kitchen, interesting architectual walls..
but I hear the people upstairs ALL the time.
I can hear them going to the bathroom and flushing toilets! Everytime I had a guest come over they could never get in the gate because the call box wouldn't work, I complained twice and it still doesnt work..
So i would have to walk across the complex to buzz them in myself everytime.
Not to mention they wouldn't be able to find a spot..
The staff are pretty friendly.
They have a security gaurd here who rides a bike but he is kind of freaky..
Dont ask me how I just get that vibe, maybe it was because he was asking my name and apartment number one late night.
Hmm what else..
OH..
It is EXTREMELY over-priced.
They put nice apartments in a ghetto neighborhood and still expect it to be nice..
well it's not! We pay $1,200 for our very small 2 bedroom.
We have never had any maintance problems and everything seems to work great..
but overall, you can find way better apartments for not as expensive price!

Hmmm, people don't usually get towed for parking next to a handicap space... Also I'm paying less for my 3 bedroom apt than you are paying for a 2 bdr, either you're lying or you're a moron.
