The peeople they have working in the office are terrible.
Management has changed companies and people so many times and they seem to get more stupid with every change.
The parking is horrible.
Complained that the only handicap spot taken by one man who parked and uses his other vehicle and so they gave him the spot and "made" a new spot that makes you go 124 feet out of the way to get to our front door.
When I complained that this handicap spot was taken by a dumpster for dumping christmas trees by sanitary company they would move it in a few days.
They did move it after 4 days and then took up ALL of the guest parking with the dumpster.
That extra dumpster has been sitting there since Dec 28th and has not seen one tree only mattresses and broken furniture.
The funny thing is when I complained, I said there was a person parked in handicap spot in front of office without a decal and the girl working there turned red and said "oh that is mine." I had to leave before I screamed.
Parking is horrible and they will not allow you to rent a garage and keep your covered parking spot.
So if you have 2 cars you are out of luck and will have to park in a dirt lot next door.

I am a tentant here and we both know that the dumbster were removed already! Also, yes parking is not the best however, its like that no matter were you live. Also, the front office staff is GREAT!!! I understand that the ladys at the front office make mistakes but come on, its not like they wouldnt move there vehicle for you. There is alot more of us then them. STOP YOUR COMPLAINING!!! If you dont want issues like this move out and get a house so you can deal with your own issues and up keep!

I'm sorry but I agree with jennjenn about the parking. I know someone that lives at Indigo Palms and is handicapped and because she does not own a car they assigned her a regular parking spot and can't use it because it is too narrow to get in and out of. At the same time, the handicapped parking that is closer to that person's apartment is being used by someone that is not disabled. This woman starts honking or complaining when they are dropping off or picking up my friend. She doesn't have a wheelchair accessible plaque or license plate. If someone with a Wheelchair Accessible Plaque or License Plate parks there she writes notes that their car will be towed away. I don't understand why she isn't given a regular parking and leave the wheelchair accessible parking for someone that is disabled.
