I know with all things in life there are flip sides! Yes, we all have our bad days and bad things do happen to good people. I have been a tenant since 11/2005! I have had my share of issues as well as maybe not being able to get what I may have wanted, right then and there from the office, but my requests were always addressed! Because of the type of business and the enoromous amount of tenantsnew, old, and moving on...one should keep in mind, that we are one of many...there are more of us than of them. I know the office works hard and is always friendly and accommodating. I can be a little spoiled, so I have to remember that I am receiving a service, and that there may be another situation that is much more important than a chip on the wall, a filter to be changed, etc. As far as the neighborhood...I live within the walls of Indigo Palms, I didn't move into this apartment to walk outside of it, I moved into this apartment because I felt safe within these walls...what is so funny is that people drove...walked to get into the leasing office to see an apartment in order to rent it...did the neighborhood change from their first visit''' It sounds like some people are unhappy for other reasons...make sure when you lodge a complaint that you have truly weighed all the facts. Don't get me wrong...I know that things happen and sometimes when it is happening to you it seems so bad...but you'll get through it, and based on how you handle the situation will determine how fast and efficient it can be solved. All this to say...I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my stay thus far, I appreciate the leasing office...they do go above and beyond. All it takes is communication and understanding on both ends! So thanks Indigo Palms!!!! You rock!!! Your tenant from New Orleans!
