The office people are very stupid. This appartment complex focuses on sales not customer service. The walk in gate near the office was broken, so I asked the office people to get it fixed. One month later and 9 complaints to the office and the gate was finally fixed.

This account of the appartment is very accurate. I would not say that the office people are stupid, but they are very focused on money.
