Indigo Palms

I lived in Indigo Palms for over a year and it is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. There were problems from day one. When we moved in they re-carpeted and re-did the flooring, which was great, except for the fact that they did not clean the apartment afterwards. There were boot prints all over the floors and in the bath tubs and dust and spiders everywhere from the carpet being taken out. We were assigned the wrong covered parking space when we moved in. And then the office assigned our parking spot to new residents 3 times! So we would come home at night and have no where to park. Everything was broken, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, the blinds, everything. Our heat went out and it took over a week to get someone up to fix it. And even after it was fixed it still didn't work properly. There was no parking either. I had to pay extra for a garage that was no where near my apartment just so I knew I would have a place to park at night when I got home from work or school. And the worst part of all is when my roommate and I were moving out some of our stuff got stolen. I filed a report with the police and there were no signs of breaking and entering. I told the leasing staff about it and I was told twice that the manager would call me back about it and he/she never did. Don't waste your money living here. It looks nice from the outside, but looks can be deceiving.
