I have lived here for almost 6 months.
I have to admit that parking is HORRIBLE.
Every time I invite someone over to my apartment, they can never find a parking space.
I come home and often find other cars parked in my spot which is rather annoying since parking really sucks.
I also have neighbors that play circus music all hours of the night.
Their bass vibrates throughout my entire apartment and makes it very hard to sleep at night.
I will say that the staff has been extremely nice and professional every time I've spoken to them.
The apartment itself is pretty nice, although it wasn't in the greatest shape when I first moved in.
There were stains on the carpet and I had blinds missing from my window.
Overall, my experience at Indigo Palms has been decent, other then my punk neighbors.
I think every apartemnt complex is going to have their issues.
The only way to really avoid them is to own your own home which I will hopefully do after my lease is up at Indigo Palms.
