So I have lived here a little over 2 years now and sadly cannot get out until the end of this year unless I pay ridiculous fees to terminate my lease which I am highly considering. I only re-signed my lease last year because I had an amazing first year with no problems at all, but once I downsized into a smaller place it has become a total nightmare! The day I was supposed to move I couldn't and they tried telling me I was going to have to pay for another month in the place I was already at so I threw a fit until they finally gave me keys to the new one which I couldn't even move in until I had cleaned top to bottom. I took hundreds of pics of the new/disgusting place and went to the office(mold, blood stained on carpet, burns on stove, blinds missing, no closet door, broken window, broken screens and I can go on and on)well they apologized, gave me half off that months rent and said they would fix everything, including replacing the carpet. Ya right! It took over 6 months for my carpet, closet door and bedroom window to be fixed! And that was after I went into the office SCREAMING at them! Oh and ya guess what' I had to move all of my furniture out of my house and sit outside in the f'n AZ heat after a 10 hour day of work while they hired some idiot to put in the new carpet. the little things add up in this place...wasp nest outside my door and the maintenance guy ask my for a broom to kill it, trash everywhere, sickly dirty pool with a hot tub that NEVER works, unattended kids in the pool which I swear use it as bath time, the new management who thinks it's okay to make the landscaping look like crap, tearing down all of the bushes and leaving the torn down shrub all over letting my dog get a huge thorn in his paw due to their incompetence s, oh how bout how I pay for a garage and yet when I come home to park in it someone else is in my spot and the office tells me to tag their car like it is my job! And the ghetto people moving in here now, this place used to be nice and I knew a lot of people, now I carry my gun at all times, even to get the mail I feel so unsafe. Shoot even the perv Security Guard admits to looking in people's windows!
This place sucks and I am looking into a lawyer to break my lease! I would only wish for an enemy to live here and nothing else!
