That's about as blunt as I can put it. I've lived at Indigo Palms for about 9 months now. Everything was okay until Mark Taylor took over the managing duties.

Since Feburary 29, 2008 (the day Mark Taylor took over), we've had an increase in solicitors, wandering bums, and stray cats. The gates are ALWAYS busted, which is a big deal in my opinion because the surrounding area is disgusting at best. The pools are always dirty and green (especially the back pool), and the spas are never working properly. The common areas are cluttered with trash and dog crap. A lot of the littering falls on the tennants shoulders, but maintenance needs to do a better job of keeping the grounds cleaner.

There has also been a noticeable decrease in customer relations. Mark Taylor employees are very rude over the phone and in person. They give off the impression that they think they are better than us tennants. Management also likes to close up shop early. The clubhouse/leasing office is not supposed to close until 6 during the week but there have been a few times I've made it home between 5:30-5:45 to pick up a package only to find that management is gone for the evening.

Overall, this is not a nice place to live for the ammount of money they charge for rent. I believe management is the biggest reason. If they start caring a little more about the property, their tennants and their reputation, Indigo Palms could be a semi-decent place to live. But until that happens, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
