I have been living at this location for more than a year now and have seen major differences since the new management has taken over. Initially, the new team seemed very receptive and interested in making a difference; however, that attitude did not last. As the transition progressed, more things are slipping through the cracks. The property is dirtier, noisier, and work orders just keep piling up without any resolution (I put in work orders three months ago and they still have not been resolved, even after numerous calls to the office). The staff seemed frustrated as well, but at the end of the day, when things are promised to be completed by the management and are not resolved, the blame has to be put on the ones who run the property. It is evident that things have gone south since Mark Taylor took over, and many residents seem fed up with them and are moving out. Hopefully, the team that runs this once decent property can get their act together and salvage this apartment community.

I agree that things have changed since it became a Mark Taylor apartment. I remember when that happened, thinking wow, this place is probably going to become really nice, instead it went the other way. Including gang graffiti throughout the property and the occasional police chase with helicopters and all.

I totally agree with you...the place has gone down the crapper! I went in and fought with the management just yesterday over a 3 week old work order that still hasn't been taken care of, they think our complaints are a joke and that we the residents are all stup. Well I guess the joke is on them now that I see people moving out on a daily basis and you better believe I am out as quickl as possible come Nov. when my lease is up. This apartment complex is horrible, I would NEVER tell someone to move here, nor will I renew my lease or ever move back!

I agree. The management staff is horrible! They are incredibly rude and unreceptive. The property has definitely gotten dirtier (grounds and pool areas) and noisier in the last few months. The problem is management doesn't care. I understand that management can't control what residents do, but it's still their property and they have to take care of it! In addition, do not move here if you like to sleep during normal hours. There has been a problem with people pulling fire alarms at inappropriate hours of the night.

YES i agree!!! I thought once mark taylor took over, things would turn around, but it has been the exact opposite. the office staff are idiots who dont treat us with respect and dont really care about any of our needs. I have to call them daily to remind them of my work orders and the only reason they get done is probably becuase they are sick of hearing from me. my lease is up this month and i can not wait to leave this crappy place!!!

Yes, I would for sure think twice about this place, I've lived here for over 2 years now, but hopefully moving when the lease is up. This place is HORRIBLE!! No one ever does your work orders, and when they do they don't fix anything, the staff is VERY RUDE, especially the girls that work here! I want to write to the head of all the apartment people.. there had been problem after problem since we moved in.. the only reason we've stayed so long is because the location is convenient to where we need to go! I could write a novel on this place- ha! So please read this, and PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The head of all the apartment people? God? I like it here. I'v lived here for 3 years and like it even better now with Mark-taylor. Iv lived at apartments before when new management takes over and it never goes very smoothly. I dont know if anyone remembers or realises .. but the work order thing started happening just before the old company left. They probably knew their time was up and didnt care...leaving the new one with a bunch to catch up on. That happened when I lived in Tempe. I have been to all of the fun new resident parties and think they are a really cool idea. The girls in the office have all been very nice too.. from both management companies. The only complaint I would have is the parking.. There have been a lot of people moving in lately and space for guests is very limited.
