I have read the past reviews of Indio Palms, and thought I would share my experience here. I have lived here for 1 year now, and generally I have no complaints. I am a 35 yr old professional and have lived in many different apartment complexes, I would rank Indigo Palms very near the top of my list. I have had issues with my dishwasher and toilet, each time I have put in a work order my issues were resolved in a timely manner. The latest issue was the dishwasher would not drain, a maintenance tech was out with in 36 hours fixed my dishwasher. While the tech was in my apt. he noticed that my cabinets were starting to peel, he replaced the cabinet surfacing without me even asking the tech also noticed my walls had scratches where the recliner is and offered me a bucket of paint to cover. I only go to the office to pick up mail or pay rent, the ladies there are always kind and courteous. I had an issue when the people below me moved in, they had a party and graffiti was put on the stair rails and on a light pole. I took pictures and went to the office, within a week the graffiti was gone and the people below me were made to remove the graffiti. This complex is not luxury but it is very nice, and so are most of the people living here that I have met. My wife and I take our son to the playground almost everyday, and the people we have met there are very nice. My only complaint about Indigo Palms is the parking. If you have more than one car you are most likely hunting for a parking spot daily for your 2nd car, but you can also rent a garage if you are tired of the hunt. I would like to see Indigo Palms improve on the playground, maybe build a second one and or expand the current playground. Overall I have very much enjoyed my experience here, and will renew my lease. As I finish this post, I wonder about the people that complain in other posts. If they are complaining about Indigo Palms and the staff here, then they are probably people that complain about anything and everything, maybe the staff could set out some cheese for the whiners'

I lived the in the complex for 3 years. And while at first I too was very happy, as time went by I saw the place I called home deteriorate before my eyes. I was not one of those whiners that you so kindly called them. I paid my rent on time every month, only asked that the ammenities I paid for were in working order and that I felt safe. I don't consider that whining. Please keep that in mind prior to making blanket statements about the people who had negative experiences there.

IvyGirl, I did not want to offend anyone and was just using some sarcastic humor, but I call it like I see it. I made a generalized statement and I am not sorry for it by any means. Seems to me you are whining about my post. If you have read other posts as I have you would see other blanket statements calling the office staff Idiots, I do not see your reply to that post complaining about a generalized statement. This reminds me of a fat person eating a big mac, and complaining about someone smoking 5 feet away because the smoke is bothering the fat person and they are concerned about thier health. :-)

The place sucks and the mark-taylor management are terrible--they don"t know what service is.
